We're Jessica and Bryan, a mother and son duo, and we're thrilled to have you here.

Our story begins with a deep love for Punta Cana. For as long as we can remember, this stunning part of the world has been our family's go-to destination. The golden beaches, the crystal-clear waters, and the warm, inviting culture captured our hearts from the very first visit.

Years passed, and our love for Punta Cana only grew stronger. It became a place where cherished memories were made, where we laughed, bonded, and felt a sense of belonging. It was during one of these trips that the idea struck us - why not share this incredible experience with others?

That's when we decided to open our luxury vacation rental condo. It wasn't just about offering a place to stay; it was about extending an invitation to be part of our Punta Cana family, even if just for a short while.

“Jessica's place was refreshing. I went on the trip with my husband and we had a delightful time. There is everything you need with in close proximity. The only thing that I would recommend is checking with Jessica regarding check in and check out times. The listing had flexible check in and that was not possible. Then the check out had 12pm however, we were informed that it was an earlier time. This was a bit of an inconvenience. That was the only con to the stay. Everything else was outstanding. Would definitely stay again!”

“Looking for amazing view, nice community and quiet place this is the place. You can go to nice restaurants, parc for kids, ice cream and marina close by. There is a scape park for zip line and more activities. Love Cap cana. Very safe. You can go around with a golf cart if you can manage to find one to rent. Brian place has a parking spot if you want to rent a car. There is a golf cart service that drive you around free of charge. The is wifi, hot water, nice bbq on the balcony, almost every for you to cook at the condo. The only négatif that we found is the pillows on the beds around a little flat for my liking. We prefer to have fluffy pillow and at least 4 pillows per bed. They also need lounge chairs at the pool and by the beach. We never got to have any in 5 days but unfortunately. But it’s not the fault of the condo. Overall, I will recommend this place. Jessica is very responsive and very kind. She even send us a bottle of Prosecco because we did not get chairs.”

“Great location. So beautiful to look out to the ocean every day and laze around at either pool, walk to the beach club for some drinks. This is a fantastic place for short or long stays. You could fly in and just sit and relax or get amongst some of the endless activities. Very safe for walking around the area and very fun to go golf carting further. The apartment itself is bigger than I expected and accurate to the photos if not better. These are the most helpful hosts I have ever experienced. Fast response times, very helpful suggestions. I felt genuinely cared for. I will not hesitate to rebook here.”

Blue Mall is 10 minutes away, and you have shops and great restaurants there. We went to Juanillo Beach which is inside the Cap Cana resort and had an amazing time with my wife and family. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone that comes. We are also Airbnb Hosts, and from host to host “excellent job!” 5 stars all the way through. “The ambience this place has was exactly what we were looking for; from the main entrance, to the place it self there's a tranquility that draws you. The place was clean, fully furnished and stocked with most needed things, specially in the kitchen. Furnishings were kept, the place just needed a living room coffee table. The golf cart is a must! If you’re not renting a car. We are very grateful that the host allowed us to check-in earlier due to our flight. The one thing that kept us from enjoying the full beach experience was the algae Sargassum that is in full bloom during this season so the pool was sufficient enough, besides, we chose this place for our wedding anniversary and we have no regrets.”
